REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE:

Lenny Layland has been brokering and investing in Central Florida real estate for over 23 years. The current distressed market of bank foreclosures and short sales is exactly what Lenny has been doing profitably for his investor clients for the past 20 years. In addition to representing 100’s of buyers and his own investment groups he has managed and marketed homes for countless individuals and many different banks over the years. With this experience and a recovering real estate market, Lenny is looking forward to providing clients with exceptional service and investment returns in order to build long term relationships though this new brokerage (Investorlando Realty).

In 1994 Lenny founded Homevest Realty after working as agent for two independent firms from 1987-1993. Lenny grew this full service independent brokerage to over 125 agents selling over 1 Billion in real estate and managing over 1000 homes until selling the brokerage to his partner in 2007.

Not only is Lenny a successful broker and individual investor with countless commercial and residential properties transactions but a successful real estate investment syndicator. These private investment groups are formed to provide a way for people to diversify investments into real estate without as much capital, risk or management that is usually associated with real estate. Lenny’s first private real estate investment group was Real Estate Partners of Orlando, Inc. which averaged a 16% return on investment from 1996-1999. This small group was restructured into Investorlando, Limited in 1999. This “open end” investment pool has grown to over $3 million in assets consisting of a wide variety of properties and real estate related assets (mortgages and tax certificates). For the first 10 years Investorlando earned profits of over 2 million dollars for the investors, representing an average annual rate of return of just over 10%. This private equity group has weathered the storm of the real estate “bubble” and is now in a looking to capitalize on the market recovery by accepting new capital from private equity or debt investors.

Lynne Breckon

I am Lynne Breckon, a licensed Realtor in the Central Florida area and also a native Floridian born in Lakeland.  I represent both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties, as well as being a property manager for absentee owners.   My husband, Rixon, and I have been investors for more than 23 years and currently have nine rental properties in our portfolio, both commercial and residential.  I am an active member of Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Longwood Chamber of Commerce and the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce and numerous networking groups.  I am constantly attending seminars and continuing my education to keep my clients informed about the latest happenings in the world of real estate.

Kristine Simpson

Hi, my name is Kristine Simpson, and I am Lenny Layland’s assistant.  I am originally from Long Island, New York, and moved to Florida in 1996.  I was transferred to the Sunshine State with Marriott Vacation Club in 1996, where I was on the sales and marketing team for 11 years.  I was awarded “Sales Associate of the Year” for two consecutive years after grossing more than $2 million in timeshare package sales.  After the birth of my daughter, Courtney, I moved to Lake Mary and worked for Everybody’s Business, Etc., for six years as office manager.  I was responsible for selling ad space, maintaining more than 400 customer accounts a month, and managed the graphics department. I have now taken on a new journey working for Investorlando Realty.  I love working with people and making sure all of our tenants are happy — and I am always trying to bring in more great tenants!

Kevin Fritz

After serving as the vice president of communications and marketing for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association for 15 years creating and fine-tuning the external and internal brand of the association, I opened Fritz Communications, LLC, to help small businesses grow and prosper in Central Florida and beyond.  As the Marketing Director for Investorlando Realty, I assist Lenny, Lynne and Kristine with branding, marketing strategies and campaigns to reach buyers and sellers, investors, renters and property owners.  Our collective objective is to offer the highest level of customer service to all clients we serve. I received my BS in Journalism from Ohio University, and I am the author of the fiction novel Crossover. Originally from Montclair, New Jersey, I have lived in Orlando for almost 25 years my wife Christi.
