Our marketing goal is to provide the most exposure possible in order to generate the greatest amount of interest and traffic in order to get the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time.  In addition to exposure, it is the location, condition and price that helps sell a home.  We can’t control location but will provide our expert advice as it relates to the condition (staging) and pricing in order to successfully market property.

The primary source of our exposure and buyer leads is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and multiple other websites.  We use photos and when appropriate virtual tours increase the traffic to these web sites.  Of course the traditional signs, open houses and other advertising methods are also utilized to generate buyer leads.
