As with most management companies, we offer complete marketing and advertising of properties for lease.  We provide tenant selection and evaluation with complete credit, criminal, and background checks.  We handle all aspects of maintenance with a team of professional vendors and do periodic inspections.  Of course all owners can expect prompt and accurate monthly rent proceeds and reporting along with year end accounting summaries for tax purposes.  Our fees are very competitive at 10% of gross rents received with leasing and renewal fees below that of most competitors.

Beginning with the 2011 tax year we will implement a state of art web-based software to provide real time access to all account information by property owners.  This will enhance our efficient collection of rent in whatever form the tenant chooses (i.e., credit card, E-check, or traditional mail) and our prompt and efficient reporting and payment of proceeds to owners.
