All customers and clients are entitled to a FREE half-hour initial consultation in order to establish a relationship and discuss your real estate questions and needs.  We will be happy to provide you with our professional opinions, ideas or propose solutions.  Depending on the situation and your needs and goals we may offer fee or commission based services to the real estate owners, buyers and investors.

Investorlando provides additional consulting and advisory services to clients through broker/owner, Lenny Layland.  These advisory services are designed to help people maximize income and property value through sale, management, 1031 exchanges, financing, pooled investments or any number of other strategies.  Consultation fees are $250 per hour.  Any advisory fees paid will be credited back 100% to any other services offered or commissions charged by Investorlando Realty and its affiliates.
